PET bottles washing recycling machine/plastic recycling machine: This production line is mainly used for recycling Waste PET material like PET bottles, PET sheet and PET flakes. It is a complete production line including four parts:

The first part is label removing, this part can remove labels from PET bottles.

The second part is crushing, a compressed bottle or non compressed one is crushed by our crusher into 6-8MM PET flakes.

The third part is washing part, in which old and dirty PET flakes are washed by three washing machines, there are cold water in the first two washing machine and hot water in the third washing machine which can clean oil and contamination effectively.

The forth part is drying and dewatering system. With heater and blower and dewatering machine, you can get very clean and dry PET material finally.
